So glad you dropped by! I'm Carolynn Elshof and I paint all of the artwork you will find here. I manage customer service and order fulfilment andf shipping. I will do my best to respond to sales inquiries within 24 hours. My paintings are sent to carefully chosen printing professionals whom I trust to reproduce my work at the highest quality. My order is being shipped within Canada. Which postal carrier is my order being shipped through?

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post All orders will adhere to a 1-3 day processing time unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

Who is responsible for my order once it has been shipped and how can I track it?

For all orders shipping to the US, USPS handles delivery.

For orders shipping Internationally outside of CA and the U.S., delivery will be handled by your local postal carrier service.

Once your item has shipped I am no longer responsible for the item. At the point at which an item is shipped and the customer is provided with their tracking information, my responsibility for the item(s) ends.

- For items with tracking that are marked as successfully delivered, reimbursements will not be offered if reported lost or stolen.

For Canadian orders of Greeting Cards & 8x10 Prints, select the Tracked Shipping option upon checkout to be able to track your order after shipment. Tracked Shipping can not be applied after your order has been shipped.

For all orders going to the USA & International tracking is automatically included with your order.

How do I tell where my order is once it has been shipped?

Please Note: Tracking can not be added to an order once it has shipped.

Please select the 'Tracked Shipping for Canada' shipping option to include Tracking on the items listed below if you wish to know the location of your order once it has shipped.
