Shipping FAQ’s

-Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. All orders will adhere to a 1-3 day processing time unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

My order is shipping internationally. Which postal carrier handles delivery once my order leaves Canada?

-For all orders shipping to the U.S., USPS handles delivery.

-For orders shipping Internationally outside of CA and the U.S., delivery will be handled by your local postal carrier service.

How do I tell where my order is once it has been shipped?

*Please Note: Tracking can not be added to an order once it has shipped.

For Canada:

-Please select the 'Tracked Shipping for Canada' shipping option to include Tracking on the items listed below if you wish to know the location of your order once it has shipped.

-For orders including 12x12 & 11x14 prints, tracked shipping is automatically applied.

-For International, all orders include Tracked Shipping.

-The processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days.

-Please note that once an order has shipped, it is beyond my control. At this time, I will not be providing refunds for orders that have been shipped and are pending arrival or have a confirmed delivery.
